AFRODAD attended the African Policy Circle (APC) that was held in Abuja, Nigeria on the 24th and 25th of May 2018. The topic of discussion for this meeting was “Forced Migration within and out of Africa”. on the account of conflict and instability situations. Every case is much more than a personal tragedy, as it threatens to undermine the achievement of Africa's broader development objectives and the Sustainable Development Goals. That’s why it’s important to discuss and develop a common position on this issue and propose solutions to forced migration in the region. AFRODAD, through its know-how on policy matters, added value to the discussions and recommendations that APC intends to take forward for implementation by national governments.
