Events

Mining Indaba 2010 in Cape Town is expected to gather more than 3,500 delegates representing nearly 800 companies in the mining industry. There will also be 200 sponsors, and an anticipated 40 government and quasi-government delegations. The participants will represent nearly all the stakeholders in the mining industry value chain throughout Africa.

AFRODAD will together with a network of CSOs arrange a side event and through a critical approach put the mining industry's impact on livelihoods on the agenda.
