Gloria has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Zambia and a strong commitment to policy reform and institutional accountability, Gloria contributes to research, stakeholder engagement, and internal briefings that inform leadership decisions and program implementation. Her work focuses on enhancing regional dialogue, supporting advocacy campaigns, and promoting inclusive financing mechanisms for sustainable development. Committed to amplifying African voices in global economic governance, Gloria is particularly interested in capacity building for oversight institutions and citizen-led development accountability. She aspires to contribute meaningfully to the realisation of Africa’s Agenda 2063, especially in building resilient institutions, fostering inclusive growth, and promoting African-driven solutions to the continent’s development challenges.
