Victory Odia

Victory Odia is a research and policy professional with over three years of experience in the IT and public sectors. Currently pursuing a master’s in research and public policy at the University of Lagos, he is dedicated to utilising evidence-based analysis to inform decision-making and advance sustainable development. Victory holds a bachelor's degree in international studies and diplomacy from the University of Benin, which equips him with a multidisciplinary perspective. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed and contributed to projects spanning technology, governance, and development, employing project management tools to deliver results that align with organisational objectives and societal needs. She thrives in collaborative environments, effectively engaging stakeholders and coordinating across teams to translate research into impactful outcomes.
