AFRODAD calls for expressions of interest for a consultancy to lead the review and development of AFRODAD’s Strategic Plan (2026–2030). The consultancy will assess the current strategy’s relevance and impact in the changed African and global debt and development-finance landscape; conduct a macro-situational analysis; review organisational performance (governance, MEAL, visibility, partnerships, resource mobilisation); engage stakeholders inclusively; and propose strategic options and a draft strategic framework. Required expertise includes macroeconomics/public debt, international financial architecture, and strategic planning for regional/international NGOs.
